Exciting changes to website and wig colour options!

The next thing is going to be extending our range of wig colours. Apart from pink and gold, we have been rather conservative in the colour options available for people to choose for their wigs & hairpieces. We just have to get the additional colours - electric blue, purple, silver, orange, green etc, photographed and then we can put them on the site. It will probably mean removing some of the existing colours where they are too similar to another more popular colour, but it will be a good move, I think. One more thing, you can order these new colours already, so call me if you are looking for a funky colours wig! m: 07810 872 034.

We have been specifically asked for some of these colours as the trend in hair accessories grows. It's exciting and we want to be right there for the action!

Another thing to mention here is that Wear my Hair will be exhibiting at the Chilford Hall Wedding Fair on Sunday 4 October, so if you are in the Cambridge region, get yourself over there for an excellent day out! Chilford Hall is in Linton, CB21 4LE.

Women's wigs re-organised!

Women's wigs have been re-organised on the website www.wearmyhair.com so that they are in subcategories of long, medium length & short wigs. This should make it easier and quicker to navigate around to find what you want.

Children's wigs have also been added to the site but at present they are only available to order. Looking for child head and shoulders mannequins to buy so that I can paint them and have them as my models when I buy in stock.

The homepage layout has changed a little in that the main categories , women's wigs, children's wigs, men's wigs, accessories & hair extensions have been shortened so that they fit better on the main navigation bar. Also, accessories includes all accessories, bags & mannequins. Hair extensions includes Hair pieces. I think it is tidier and gift vouchers have moved to the top navigation bar as they are not of primary interest to most visitors.

New wig- short and curly

Another new wig has just arrived. This time, short and curly. I think this style will be popular as it is so easy to manage. The wig has a special very soft cap and so that makes it especially good for anyone with medical needs such as cancer and alopecia.

I am in the process of dividing the women's wigs into long wigs, medium length wigs, and short wigs as this will make the site easier to navigate. I will then look to improve the main category headings to make them more relevant to the content.
